  • An array of physics equipment: Leybold Didactic X-ray Apparatus with variable wavelength; Nanosurf Scanning Tunneling Microscope with atomic resolution; Ocean Optics UV/VIS fiber optic spectrometer; an assortment of lasers
  • Peirce Planetarium: its 40-foot dome, one of the largest in the state, has a precision-engineered star ball that combines optical and electro-mechanical technology
