With more than 35 years of higher education experience with 10 of those in a consulting capacity, Smith brings a deep understanding of higher education finance and strategic planning. She leads the Finance and Administration division, overseeing Facilities, Human Resources, and Information Technology.

Smith’s extensive career includes more than a decade as a higher education consultant, specializing in strategic planning, business process design, financial and administrative leadership, information technology assessment, online learning systems implementation, and accreditation support.
