As students embarked on a new year of learning Aug. 19, a new space opened to allow them to balance their hard work with relaxation.

Eagle Arcade, located on the ground level of Suites on Main North, includes ping pong, mini golf, gaming systems, air hockey, pool tables and a variety of arcade games – all free for students to use. Faculty and staff are encouraged to visit the arcade to interact with students.

“The arcade was introduced to provide students with an additional recreational space where they can relax and have fun outside of the classroom,” said Jessica Zacherl, PennWest Clarion Event Services.

Zacherl added that students have been enjoying Eagle Arcade, which tends to be quite busy in the evenings.

Arcade hours are noon to 10 p.m. daily.
