How to Apply to PennWest
Accepted Students Next Steps
Welcome to PennWest! Your next step is to complete your Decision Reply Form in your acceptance letter through your application portal. Some programs also require a $100 tuition deposit: The $100 non-refundable deposit will reserve your place, allow you to begin registering for classes, and be applied toward your tuition.
View your decision letter and complete the decision reply form here.
If a monetary deposit is shown, please Pay Here.
*All Doctorate and Speech Pathology programs require a monetary deposit. In addition, international students need to pay the deposit.
The tuition deposit not only saves your place at PennWest, but it also allows Graduate Admissions to collaborate with you and your advisor to build your registration schedule.
myPennWest is your very own portal to your financial aid, billing, class schedule, housing and more.
You can connect with your advisor to discuss your course schedule; their details can be found in your My PennWest portal under the Student Self-Service section. If one has not been provided, please view our program pages and click on the “meet our faculty” link to connect with one of them.
You may view the Academic Calendar for current registration dates, and your personal Enrollment Coach will be in touch with you about registration a week before registration opens and forward until you have successfully registered.

You can also view the Registration website page on how to search the schedule, descriptions of modality, waitlists and more.
