Outside of the PennWest California Convocation Center, the surrounding campus provides greens space for a relaxing walk, exercise and dining facilities, auditoriums, “smart” classrooms and much more.
Very large groups will find Steele Hall and the 613-seat Main Stage Theatre a comfortable place to meet. New theater-style seats will add to the experience for both your conference attendees and your presenters. Steele Hall is a fully functional space with built-in ticket windows and registration desks, coat check and a lobby suitable for light food and beverage receptions.
Planning a corporate video screening, executive presentations or private movie viewing? The Vulcan Theatre seats 143 people in fixed-stadium chairs with room for people with disabilities. A 10-foot-by-18-foot stage makes the Vulcan Theatre an excellent setting for seminars or panel discussions. When not in use as a seminar site, the Vulcan Theatre runs recently released movies that change regularly.
Enjoy the versatility of the Elmo Natali Performance Center. With a maximum seating capacity of 470, this room can be configured to suit the needs of your participants. A true multi-purpose room, it is ideal for a variety of activities, from lectures and luncheons to banquets and concerts.
Situated on the edge of campus, the Kara Alumni House is a perfect location for both indoor and outdoor events. Enjoy a sit-down meal inside with an unobstructed view of the outdoors while allowing the sun to shine in. Or allow us to cater stations outside under the pergola on our veranda. The Kara Alumni House is great for sophisticated gatherings, meetings and events.
Located on the east end of campus, Morgan Hall boasts a state-of-the-art, spacious lecture hall that accommodates up to 286 people. The newly renovated hall includes SMART ELMO presentation equipment with two large screens and a spacious front stage that's great for panel discussions.
The Farmhouse located at SAI Farm is equipped to accommodate various meeting and banquet needs. There are three smart style conference rooms, each equipped with a computer, webcam, television and wifi access and a large banquet hall that can seat up to 64 people.
